Products & Availability

Orders, Payments & Cancellations

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways such as PayFast.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, unless otherwise approved by Viloré.

Viloré reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Viloré delivers exclusively within South Africa via The Courier Guy.

  • Standard shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (R100 surcharge)

  • Orders over R1,000 qualify for subsidized shipping (you pay R70)

Pre-Orders

  • Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
    By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

  • Delivery timelines may be extended

  • Pre-orders are non-cancellable once production has begun

  • Full payment is required upfront

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery and only for store credit.
    Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Tagged with all original labels

  • Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and non-returnable.
