Shipping Within South Africa Only
We currently ship nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy.
If you are based outside South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@vilore.co.za — we’d love to assist you with a custom shipping arrangement.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (R100 surcharge)
Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on your location and courier volume.
Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Flat fee of R150 nationwide

Express Shipping (Optional): R250 total (Standard R150 + R100 express fee)

Orders over R1,000: VILORÉ contributes toward delivery — you pay only R70
Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been fulfilled.
Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Track your parcel via The Courier Guy’s online portal.
Delivery Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Viloré is not responsible for courier delays, misrouted parcels, or circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.).

If your order seems lost or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us at info@vilore.co.za and we’ll assist you in opening a courier investigation.
Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Incorrect shipping address

Inability to deliver or collect
you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

All original tags must still be attached

Returns are eligible for store credit only

Sale and promotional items are final sale and non-returnable

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
