Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Viloré, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery — because you deserve fashion that feels as good as it looks.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • All original tags and labels must still be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, scent, or signs of wear

  • You must include your order number inside the return parcel

Each return will be inspected before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Intimate apparel

  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased using a promotional discount

Store Credit Only

  • We currently offer store credit only for eligible returns.
    No cash or card refunds will be processed.

  • Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued via email within 3–5 business days

  • Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue

  • Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used on www.vilore.co.za

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • Viloré is not liable for lost or delayed return parcels

Exchanges

Want to swap for another size or style?
No problem — just email us to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send your new item out

How to Start a Return

  • To begin a return or exchange:

  • Email info@vilore.co.za with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason

  • We will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions

  • Ship your item back to the address above

  • Store credit will be issued upon inspection and approval

Important Notes

  • Items returned without meeting the above criteria may be sent back to you

  • We do not charge any restocking fees

  • Store credit will not be issued for late returns beyond 7 days without prior approval
